Eight minutes from the walls, fields in every direction
Countryside on one side, the city on the other, and a moat in between.

Where it is
Huntington sits just south of Chester on the A41, close enough that the city walls are eight minutes away and far enough that the view from the estate is fields.
What is on the doorstep
Chester racecourse, the Roman walls, the Rows and the river are all a short drive. In the other direction: Aldford, the Dee valley, and the footpaths that run out towards the Welsh border.

The village itself
A primary school, a pub, a farm shop and a cricket club. It is not trying to be a town, which is rather the point.
“People want to be outdoors, and to get on with their lives.”Phil Minchin, Managing Director
