What we are looking for
Quarter of an acre to five acres, in villages, semi-rural and suburban settings across Cheshire, the Wirral, the North Wales borders and the wider North West. Existing buildings are welcome; barns and farmsteads are where we do our best work.
How we work
We appraise at our own cost, fund and lead the planning process, and can structure a deal as an outright purchase, an option or a joint venture. Agents' fees are respected.
