Fourteen homes where forty would fit

Eight minutes from the city walls, and nothing off the shelf. What sets a small developer apart.

Fourteen homes where forty would fit

A small number of homes

We build fourteen homes on a site where a volume builder would fit forty. That is the whole proposition. Fewer homes means bigger gardens, real distance between windows and a courtyard that feels like a courtyard rather than a turning head.

Heritage, handled properly

The barns at Old Hall are Grade II listed and sit on a moated site. Conversion meant working sympathetically with conservation officers: oak trusses retained and exposed, brickwork repointed in lime, new openings placed where the original structure allowed.

Specification without upgrades

Underfloor heating, air source heat pumps, quartz worktops and Miele appliances are standard, not options. There is no upgrade list, because there is nothing we left out.
